Checkin Diamar Hotel - Arrecife (Lanzarote)

The hotel's location is fantastic, offering amazing sea views and a spacious room for our family. Enjoying peaceful walks along the beach and watching the sunset was lovely.

In my wife's opinion, the towels felt quite rough. A more family-friendly dining option would be great, too.

Functional and clean property with great service and good value. Good and perfect location by the shore, close to El Reducto Beach. Not far from the beach in Puerto del Carmen, the airport and points all over the island and the bus station along the sea front.

We had the queen room which was neat and outstanding.

Our room had a lovely sea view, but slamming doors disrupted our sleep.

The hotel rooms are really clean and nice. The buffet breakfasts are limited but really tasty and just in a perfect size. The view from the rooms facing the beach are just amazing and worth recommending.

The staff at the reception does not speak English and since the hotel hosts many travellers there should be someone who can fully communicate. One receptionist was not nice and was windging about us paying in cash in stead of credit card.

The location was just perfect! Fine panoramic ocean views from our spacious balcony and only a short walk to the beach. Cleanliness was great, and the friendly staff made us feel so welcome 🏖️

The hotel was very clean en the sea vieuw was excellent. The bed was ok.

The breakfast was very poor. The staff was polite, but the atmosphere at Hotel Diamar was poor...as wel as their knowledge of foreign languages...But they helped always if we asked for information.

The stay was a delightful transit experience, perfect for a quick getaway before heading to Fuerteventura. I loved the refreshing sea view from the room, making it lovely to sip coffee on the balcony in the mornings. The peaceful beach nearby was an added bonus, allowing for relaxing walks along the shoreline. Plus, the room was equipped with air conditioning and comfortable pillows, enhancing my overall comfort during the short stay.

Perfect beach spot

The sea view room was a total highlight! The balcony was perfect for sunsets, and the beach was just across the street. Staff were super friendly, especially at the café where we had delicious pastries. One thing though, the breakfast could use more staffing. Sometimes tables were left messy, a bit off-putting.

This hotel is just in the perfect position, near to the city centre and in front of the beach. Arrecife is central to the island and you can go everywhere from here. We were there for ten days and always found a parking lot within less than 100 m of the entrance. The room was just good, the breakfast just more than we needed, the coffee was good and strong.

No complains. Just go for it.
